Terms of Service

Orders & Payment

To confirm your rental booking, full payment is required. Please send a screenshot of your proof of payment through any of the following channels:

Once payment has been received and verified, your booking will be officially confirmed. You will also receive an automated order confirmation email with your transaction details and important reminders.

A ₱1,000 refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit will be returned once the item is received in good condition and has passed inspection.

For first-time renters, we kindly ask for a valid government-issued ID. Clients under 18 years old may present a school ID. All information shared with us is used solely for rental purposes and is kept strictly confidential.

Accepted payment methods: GCash and BPI.

Cancellations & Changes

All bookings are final and non-refundable. If an item does not fit, we are happy to offer an exchange subject to availability, or issue store credit instead.

Store credits are valid for one (1) month from the date of issuance. Should your schedule change, we may accommodate a reschedule depending on availability, as long as the new rental date falls within two (2) months from the original booking.

Damage & Late Returns

We understand that accidents can happen. Minor wear is already covered in your rental. However, significant damage, stains, or alterations may incur a repair or replacement fee depending on the extent of the damage.

Kindly return all items on or before the agreed return date. Late returns may be subject to additional charges, as they affect the next scheduled booking. We appreciate your cooperation in returning items on time so every client can enjoy their Chérie experience.

Regulations

All items are professionally cleaned, sanitized, steamed, and inspected by the Chérie team before release. Post-rental cleaning is handled exclusively by our team.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, complete with all accessories, dust/frost bags, and hangers (if applicable).

Alterations of any kind are strictly prohibited, including sewing, cutting, pinning, or modifying the item. Any damage beyond normal wear will be charged for repair or replacement.

Wet photoshoots and activities involving liquids are not allowed.

Loss of any item or accessory will require payment of the full retail value.

Deliveries, Returns, & Delays

Note: The following terms apply to orders within Greater Manila, including Metro Manila, Pampanga, Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna, Cavite, and Nueva Ecija.

The standard rental period is three (3) days. Extended rentals of four (4) to five (5) days are available upon checkout. Please note that both delivery and return dates are included in the rental period.

For example, a 5-day rental includes delivery on Day 1, usage on Days 2–4, and return on Day 5.

Requests to extend beyond five (5) days are subject to an additional ₱800 per day, including out-of-country rentals. Clients are advised to inform the team in advance, as the website only supports rentals of up to five (5) days.

Delivery & Return Schedule

  • Delivery: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Return: On or before 5:00 PM strictly
  • A ₱500 late fee per day will be charged for any delayed return.

Same-day rentals or emergency requests may be accommodated upon direct coordination with the team, subject to availability.

All orders are fulfilled through a third-party courier. The team will handle courier booking and provide the tracking link along with the shipping fee. Clients may also opt for studio pick-up.

Return instructions will be sent on the scheduled return date. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the client and are payable directly to the courier (COD).

For clients outside Greater Manila, kindly contact us directly for further delivery arrangements.
